National and Regional A races.
You against the clock and the track.
Regional races offer an incredible opportunity to immerse yourself in the thrilling world of downhill racing. These races are run under British Cycling and serve as a stepping stone before taking on the Nationals, allowing you to gain valuable experience and build your skills. What’s even more exciting is that many of these regional races take place in the same locations as the Nationals, meaning you might just catch a glimpse of some World Cup level racers at our races.
Our Regional races are Cat A meaning they sit just underneath the Nationals but many are then put on many of the same tracks. To make your journey to the top even more convenient, we provide our LandRover uplifts as part of your entry fee. These uplifts ensure that you and your bike effortlessly reach the summit, ready to conquer the exhilarating downhill course. Most venues offer camping spaces, attracting riders from all corners of the UK. So not only do you get to compete in a thrilling race, but you also get to connect with like-minded individuals.
Regional and National races span over two days, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the racing atmosphere. The beauty of regional races is that you don’t require a race licence for Regional races, although having one brings numerous benefits. Nationals, on the other hand, are exclusively for licence holders, showcasing the pinnacle of downhill racing. Rest assured, we have your back every step of the way.
Once entries have closed, we will send you a comprehensive Tech Doc via email. This document contains all the vital information you need, including the event schedule and parking details. We aim to keep you informed and prepared, ensuring a seamless experience.
